Psonya Hackett Law sends automated text messages to clients who opt in, for one purpose only: case status notifications, including secure login codes for our client case status portal.
How you opt in: During intake, clients may provide a mobile number and sign a written consent to receive case status texts. Consent is optional and is not a condition of representation.
What we send: Messages such as “Psonya Hackett Law: Your case status was updated — tap to view: [link]” and one-time login codes. Message frequency varies with case activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance. You may also contact our office.
Privacy: Your mobile number and texting consent are used only for the notifications described above. No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
