THE INITIAL STRATEGY SESSION
Nobody expects to have to deal with a lawyer, but here you are. And here we are. The first thing that we will do is set up a confidential strategy session – in person or via the online method of your choice. In this meeting, we listen to you. We learn about your family, your situation, and what you would like us to accomplish.
Your session will result in an action plan. Even if you decide you’re not ready, you’ll leave with a clear understanding of what to do next and an understanding of your options. You’ll receive a package that contains an employment contract, a fee guide, and any other information relevant to your case such as a parenting plan or support worksheet.

HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?
An initial strategy session costs $250.00. We are positive that the minimal investment in your initial strategy session will be valuable to you, and it will be deducted from any other fees you will be charged. Don’t worry about the cost of further representation, because at Hackett Law Firm we engage in fee certainty. This means that we have straight forward fees that will be provided to you from the beginning.
